Career Unlimited! is a perfect way to start your professional live. With a goal position defined up front your perspective is clear and within 9 to 12 months you will test and expand your skills in a variety of areas. You will work internationally in 3 to 5 departments and learn to cooperate with people from multiple backgrounds. You will complete your own as well as a team project. Target-oriented trainings will foster your personal development. In addition, you will receive detailed feedback after each step. A mentor will support you in getting the most out of every assignment and project.
Most importantly, this is no run of the mill program! All assignments, projects and development measures are tailored to your needs in light of the goal position. The diagram below shows some examples of how it may be structured.
