What we do
Our customer service is responsible for the daily order management and represents a competent partner for the customers for all questions, demands and suggestions.
Questions about individual order and delivery declarations as well as the claim management are dealt with in close co-operation and agreement.
As the central Lead Logistics Provider, we feel a responsibility to secure 100 % reliable deliveries to our customer.
Supply Chain quality management therefore means collecting, analyzing and monitoring all claims, regardless of who they were caused by. For our customers we monitor all claims on a “single eye contact” basis.
