Jana Hornáčková is responsible for replenishment at our Slovakian HAVI Logistics Distribution Center since August 1, 2010.
How did you hear about HAVI Logistics?
Some of my friends work for HAVI Logistics. They constantly raved to me about the great working conditions at the company. That caught my interest, so I also applied for a job in the warehouse. After a short time, I was accepted by my current manager.
What was the biggest change for you when you moved to HAVI Logistics?
I was pleasantly surprised how young the whole team is. Everyone gets along with one another. I think that the atmosphere in the company and the desire to work have a positive effect.
How do you cultivate teamwork in the sense of partnership?
Communication and understanding with my colleagues and managers are essential for good cooperation. Both play a major role within the HAVI Logistics culture.
What motivates you every morning?
I always look forward to a new day at HAVI Logistics. At my previous jobs, I never experienced such a good working atmosphere as here.
Is there anything about your job that you would like to change?
(Laughs.) Are you ever really satisfied? I want to be successful in my job and have a career at HAVI Logistics. The salary would also be even better that way.
What advice would you give to someone who would like to work at HAVI Logistics?
We are an expanding company and are therefore always looking for skilled employees.
