What we can do for you


HAVI Logistics overall responsibility is to ensure that the customer is supplied according to the low cost - best value principle.

For this reason, our Distribution Centers are strategically located all over Europe - based on a so-called centroid study - to minimize overall logistics costs.

Furthermore HAVI Logistics cultivates extensive performance measurement. The performance of our business is measured and monitored through “key performance indicators” (KPI). Examples are figures relating to our truck occupancy, handling productivity, stock frequency, our warehouse occupancy and our administration efficiency. Via these detailed and tailored KPI for each company, Europe-wide benchmarking on low cost - best value results is ensured. This is the basis for an ongoing best practice process.

To reach the highest possible level of customer satisfaction, the most important key figures of HAVI Logistics are “on time delivery” and “order reliability”.
These constantly monitor the quality of our performance from the customers’ point of view. More than 96 % of all deliveries reach the customer on time. A fantastic result, considering that a tolerance of only plus/minus 30 minutes is accepted.

Optimal product quality and correct handling of orders as well as fault-free order picking and loading are the basis for high order reliability of the ordered goods.

Our goal is 100 % customer satisfaction.
